Postage
Our policy is constantly being refined but our main focus is ensuring that you get your order in the shortest time possible. However, we cannot guarantee that every item we list will always be held in stock either by us or the distributors. There are simply times when we run out of an item. If this happens we will contact you with and advise you of the problem/delay and allow you to a/backorder it, b/cancel it or c/get the nearest equivalent (especially flies). Most of the time, after a brief discussion with you, we can choose something as good as the original for you.
To keep the postage costs as simple as possible we ship all goods express post within Australia. Some orders will require an additional charge if they are very heavy/large, but we will not charge any handling (only Australia Posts fee) and we will speak with you first before doing so to ensure that it is ok with you.
We do not currently ship outside of Australia due to the various problems associated with foreign postal services. The possibility for problems and the likelihood of difficulties in tracking down lost post; is just too great. Also as fly fishers first, shop owners second, we do not want to spend all our free time on overseas phone calls trying to track down missing orders!
All Postage Charges are in Australian Dollars.
