Our policy is to supply goods as soon as possible to maintain consumer satisfaction. However we cannot guarantee that every item we list will always be held in stock either by us or the distributors. Unfortunately for fly fishers in Australia most of the manufacturers are located overseas and as such some goods may not be immediately available. If an item is unavailable at the time of order we will contact you with the details of the delay and allow you to backorder the product or give you an immediate refund. Wherever possible we will supply goods within 10 days.

To keep the postage costs as simple as possible we are offering a standard fee of $6.20 for all goods shipped within Australia. Some extra charges may be added on heavy/large items.

We do not currently ship outside of Australia due to the various technical issues. Also as fly fishers first, shop owners second, we do not want to spend all our free time with overseas phone calls trying to track down missing orders!
