This imitation of a brown flying ant, or Cinnamon Ant as we call it locally, is a real winner in late Spring and sometimes mid Autumn. Inadvertently ending up on the water where they struggle to get airborne again they end up as a tasty meal for the fish. The prominent segmented body and splayed back wings are the two main features of this fly. Suggested Uses - ant hatches, goulburn, rubicon
