The Bush Pig was originally designed for fishing the mangroves on north Australia for the legendary Barramundi. It has an amazing ability to resist snagging, courtesy of its design with obscured hook and as a result, can be worked in some pretty rough country.
This fly is proven on Barra and has more recently been used extensively on the inshore reefs and flats, for everything from Queenies to GTS to small tuna.
