The red version of this fly is more suited to the majority of local ant hatches. It says red but it really is a cinnamon/brown, which is perfect for the Goulburn and Rubicon valleys. Again using CDC and foam to aid flotation, this pattern should be carried at all times from November to March. Suggested Uses - river, lakes, streams, stillwaters, rubicon, goulburn
