Handy parachute dun pattern that should be carried by most fly fishers in Victoria. This rust coloured fly is similar to our Rusty Tailrace Dun and both should be carried when fishing our rivers; all season long.
This fly is more heavily tied than our RTD and therefore floats a little better. Switch to the rusty tailrace dun when the conditions allow or the fish are pickier.
