During late spring and throughout summer passing thunderstorms can bring on huge hatches of flying ants. Having a suitable imitation can be the difference between hooking a bunch of fish or not getting a look. This black version is particularly good to imitate those ants found in the Snowy Mountains and Tassie and should always be carried during the warmer months in the following sizes.
