A great variation on a great variation. The standard Adam's is a fly that works extremely well despite being handicapped by a traditional hackle. The parachute Adams is a brilliant variation of the standard Adams that takes fish the world over and loosely imitates a host of mayflies while at the same time being extremely visible. This is yet another successful variant. The hi-vis post allows the tiniest of flies to be seen in the toughest of conditions. This fly has saved my backside on those dreary spring days on the Mataura and will work equally well wherever trout and duns intersect. One of the best patterns when small flies in dark conditions are needed.
