The Lil Nipper is a brilliant estuary pattern for most systems in the southern half of Australia. Bream love this fly, as do whiting and flathead. Fished on a floating line over weedbeds and sand flats or a sinking line in deeper water, it is a must have fly.
Lifelike eyes unique to the DNA range of prawns and nippers add to the lifelike appearance and increase the odds of predators attacking them.
