Another good variant this version is particularly good in bright conditions. Fished in fast water and over drop offs it takes a lot of fish with big splashy takes the norm. A good pattern for the Mitta Mitta and Swampy Plain Rivers it also works extremely well in New Zealand. Great fly for the roughest of water or as an indicator fly for fishing a beadhead nymph below it.
