Jig Fly

We are excited to be able to bring you something new in nymph patterns.  This interesting hook pattern is now available in trout flies.

The feature of this hook lets a tungsten bead be attached to the head of the fly in such a way that it presents the hook in an upside down manner.   This then frees the hook from snags on the bottom making it ideal in heavily structured rivers.

Another attribute to these flies is they are barbless making for easy release of fish.

The patterns now tied on these hooks are some of yours and mine all time favourites with a few new ones thrown in.

This style of fly is currently being used in Europe amongst the fly fishing competition crowd in the build up to the World Titles in Tasmania in 2019.

More information as feed back becomes available.
