Leggy Eggy Stimulator

A long time friend Roger managed some time for a drift with Nella and myself. It was late in the fishing calendar with Autumn weather and the fish starting to get a little picky.   Early in the day we found a few fish rising.   We tried a variety of flies  some fish coming and having a look and some ignoring the offerings.   Perusing the many fly boxes for the answer I decided this pattern might work.   The Leggy Eggy.  Not the right time of the year as this is a Spring and Summer fly . Needless to say the day came alive and fish were landed.   Roger had not seen the Leggy Eggy during the  trials in Spring.    He is a new convert .    Possible order forth coming.
