The origins of this fly, yet again, is American, tied by John Barr in 1996. Now in the category of legendary nymphs. It is tied in a multitude of coloured copper wire. This green bodied one can be used effectively as a drifting caddis pupa or a Mayfly nymph. The copper wire is the attribute that gets this fly to bottom of the river super fast.
