The Stimulator was originally created by Randall Kaufmann an American fly tier. It was called the Royal Stimulator. This variation can be used during a cinnamon caddis hatch as it seems to match the colour of the insect quite well. Highly suitable for choppy water, hard to sink and easy to see.
