In 1922 the fly tier Leonard Halladay invented this general purpose grey Mayfly dun. It was then fished by his friend on the Boardman River by a guy with the surname, you guest it, Adams. l always carry a few. Great to use if the water is choppy or windswept, it rides high and is easy to see.
