The Upper Mitta is a BIG system comprising The Mitta Mitta river, Gibbo River, Cobungra River, Victoria River, Bundarra River, Middle Creek and Livingstone Creek. Talk about out in the boonies. In parts yes it is but other parts its dead easy. You could spend weeks wandering around this high country area and still not cover it all. Lets not get overwhelmed by all of this as it's a short season driven by rain. Spring is high water and difficult however early Summer and full Summer is the time fish it. My choice full Summer. Why? Lots of bugs! This pack contains, as with the Lower Mitta Mitta pack ,a basic selection. If I was fishing this area an example would be 24 Hoppers, 24 Cicadas and so on.
To rabbit on about this catchment is too easy. I forgot to mention trout size small medium and large.
